PSR-SXP5 is a web based music arranger app based on ExpressJS, Tone.JS, JQuery, Semantic UI, and surprisingly… no p5.js.
Disclaimer: This is a parody! This project have absolutely no connection with YAMAHA and/or it’s PSR series arranger.
This web arranger contains a monophonic analog synth called AN that’s mainly for bass line, a polyphonic 2op OPL-style FM synth called DX, and a drum ROMpler called DR.
A style contains multiple segments. Each segments can be freely switched with a press of a button.
At the bottom of the page there’s a preset segment. It allows the user to store per-determined chord, base note, and octave which can then be quickly recalled by a single press of a button.
It uses json files to store styles: this means that you can freely create your own styles and can then be imported into the PSR-SXP5.
